Mara is a highly collectable and sought-after artist who uses an iconic character (cross-faced) to narrate his stories. After employing the use of this satire for the first time in 2011, Mara stages this character to represent everyone and no one simultaneously - in each of his works. His figure egages with contemporary issues like ecology or technology, love and human nature.
